Het liefst ontwerpen we taakgerichte producten die je gebruikt om iets te doen, bijvoorbeeld een app om tweedehands auto's te vergelijken, een site om parkeerplaatsen te reserveren of een tool om verzekeringen te vergelijken. Om ervoor te zorgen dat onze websites en apps met plezier gebruikt worden, is goed ontwerp van essentieel belang. De volgende uitgangspunten helpen ons daarbij: Gebruiker staat centraal Een goed product begint met een goede gebruikservaring. We beginnen een project daarom met het in kaart brengen van de doelgroep en bijbehorende user goals (wie zijn de gebruikers en wat willen ze eigenlijk?). Deze informatie gebruiken we gedurende het project als leidraad, zodat onze ontwerpen altijd relevant zijn. Onderbouwd ontwerpen We testen onze prototypes regelmatig bij de doelgroep, interviewen gebruikers en vallen onze vrienden en familie te pas en te onpas lastig met onze ontwerpen. Zo krijgen we een goed beeld bij individuele (kwalitatieve) gebruikerservaringen. Daarnaast duiken we dagelijks in de statistieken (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.), zetten we online enquêtes op en voeren A/B-testen uit, om over de gehele doelgroep (kwantitatieve) conclusies te kunnen trekken. Op deze manier verifiëren we onze ontwerpkeuzes en creëren een gefundeerde basis voor verdere uitbreiding en optimalisatie. Eén team We zijn op ons best als we één team vormen met onze klanten. Zo combineren we jouw kennis van het product en de markt, met ons vakmanschap. Het liefst werken we fulltime aan één project, om de focus goed vast te houden.
